PSSSB Clerk and Clerk IT Eligibility Criteria

PSSSB Clerk Recruitment 2025

To be eligible for the PSSSB Clerk candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree and Basic Computer Certificate(Ex: 120hrs OR O Level)

PSSSB Clerk IT Recruitment 2025

To be eligible for the PSSSB Clerk IT should have BCA or B.Sc IT or B.Sc Computer Science.

Age Limit (As on 01-01-2025)

The age limit for Clerk and Clerk IT is 18 years to 37 years. For SC/BC Category candidates maximum age limit is 42 years.

• Minimum Age Limit : 18 Years
• Maximum Age Limit : 37 Years
• The upper age limit is relaxed up to 42 years for Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes of Punjab.
• The upper age limit is also relaxed up to 42 years for widows, divorcees, and certain other categories of women.
• The upper age limit is also relaxed up to 47 years for “Persons with Disability” of Punjab.
• The upper age limit may be relaxed up to 45 years for Punjab Government employees, its Boards/Corporations/Commissions and Authorities employees, and all States/ Central Government employees.
• Reservation Only for Punjab State Candidates.

PSSSB Clerk Application Fees

• General Category Candidates: Rs. 1000/-
• SC/BC/EWS Category Candidates: Rs. 250/-
• ESM/LDESM Category Candidates: Rs. 200/-
• Physical Handicapped Category Candidates: Rs. 500/-
