PSSSB Advt 13 of 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification

PSSSB Hostel Superintendent cum PTI Recruitment 2025

To be eligible for the PSSSB Hostel Superintendent posts, candidates should have passed examination of 10th/12th with Punjabi Language as one of the subjects, C.P.Ed and minimum 2 years experience in the line.

PSSSB Storekeeper Recruitment 2025

To be eligible for the PSSSB Hostel Superintendent posts, candidates should have passed examination of 10th/12th with Punjabi Language as one of the subjects, National Trade Certificate/National Apprenticeship Certificate in Any Engineering Trade and minimum 1 years experience of the storekeeping.

PSSSB Librarian Recruitment 2025

• Degree in Library and Information and 1 year practical experience.
  OR
• B.A/B.Sc. degree, Diploma in Library Science and 3 years practical experience.

PSSSB Machine Operator Recruitment 2025

• Matric or 10+2
• Two years certificate in Mechanical Trade.
• Persons with Knowledge of running and maintenance of bulk sterilizer electrical or steam heaters in the case of Auto Clave Operators will given preference.

PSSSB Junior Technician(Civil) Recruitment 2025

To be eligible for the Junior Technician(Civil) posts, candidates should have National Trade Certificate in Civil draftsman trade/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 50% marks from recognized Institution.

PSSSB Junior Technician(Electrical) Recruitment 2025

To be eligible for the Junior Technician(Electrical) posts, candidates should have National Trade Certificate in Electrician trade/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 50% marks from recognized Institution.

Age Limit (As on 01-01-2025)

The age limit for Hostel Superintendent cum PTI, Storekeeper, Librarian, Machine Operator, Junior Technician(Civil) and Junior Technician(Electrical) is 18 years to 37 years. For SC/BC Category candidates maximum age limit is 42 years.

• Minimum Age Limit : 18 Years
• Maximum Age Limit : 37 Years
• The upper age limit is relaxed up to 42 years for Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes of Punjab.
• The upper age limit is also relaxed up to 42 years for widows, divorcees, and certain other categories of women.
• The upper age limit is also relaxed up to 47 years for “Persons with Disability” of Punjab.
• The upper age limit may be relaxed up to 45 years for Punjab Government employees, its Boards/Corporations/Commissions and Authorities employees, and all States/ Central Government employees.
• Reservation Only for Punjab State Candidates.
