Eligibility Criteria For JGND Punjab State Open University Recruitment 2022:

Educational Qualification:

• Controller of Examinations : 

1. Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading of ‘B’ in UGC 7 point scale. 
2. Minimum 15 Years Experience as Assistant Professor.

• System Administrator : 

1. MCA/MSc(IT)/BE/B. Tech (CS/IT) or Equivalent from a recognized university.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in programming/System administrator/Network Administrator/relevant field in University/Govt./Corporate sector.
3. Punjabi up to Matric standard.

• Programmer :

1. M.Sc. (IT)/MCA/B.Tech(CSE/IT) or Equivalent from a recognized university. 
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Programming. Punjabi up to Matric Standard.

• Assistant Programmer : 

1. MCA/MSc(IT)/B.Tech(CSE/IT) or Equivalent from a recognized university. 
2. Minimum 01 years of experience in Programming. Punjabi up to Matric Standard.

• Personal Assistant : 

1. Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. Experience of five years (after Graduation) or two years (after Masters Degree) as Stenographer. 
2. English/Punjabi Typing speed of at least 40 wpm. 
3. Stenography speed of at least 100 wpm.
4. Good working knowledge of computer applications.
   
5. Punjabi up to Matric Standard.
   

• Data Entry Operator : 

1. Should have Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institution.
   
2. Computer Information Technology course equivalent to ‘O’ Level certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Course (DOEACC) of Government of India.
   
3. Punjabi up to Matric Standard.
   

• Chair Professor:

1. Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and published work of high quality actively engaged in active research with evidence of published work.
2. Minimum of ten years of teaching experience in University/College.
3. Punjabi up to Matric Standard.

• Research Fellow:

1. M.A in Sanskrit/Hindi with 55% marks from recognized University or Institution.
2. UGC NET qualified.
3. Punjabi up to Matric Standard.

Clerk:

1. Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University or Institution.
2. Personal Computer or Information Technology in Office Productivity applications or Desktop Publishing applications from a Government recogniesed institution or a reputed institution, which is ISO 9001 certified.
3. Punjabi up to Matric Standard.
