Post Name
Qualification
PGT – English, History
Post Graduation with relevant subject & B.Ed. with 50% Marks.
TGT – English, Math, Science, Social Science, Computer Science, Punjabi, Hindi, Dance and Art & Craft
Post Graduation/ Graduation with relevant subject & B.Ed. with 50% Marks. (B.Ed. is not mandatory for Dance & Art & Craft.
Fencing Coach
Graduation and Proficient in Fencing with National Level exposure & one year experience as a Fencing Coach. (For ESM Matric or 15 yrs of service).
Shooting Coach (Rifle/Pistol)
Graduation and Proficient in Shooting with National Level exposure & one year experience as a Shooting Coach. (For ESM Matric or 15 yrs of service).
Band Instructor
Graduation with Band Instructor degree/ diploma and minimum one year of experience (For ESM Matric or 15 yrs of service).
Instrumental Music Teacher
Post Graduation / Graduation with relevant subject (Instrumental Music) with or without B.Ed. with 50% Marks.
Theatre Teacher
Post Graduation/ Graduation with relevant subject (Theatre) with one year experience in same category.
Part Time Coaches – Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Yoga & Wushu (Chinese Martial Arts)
Proficient candidates with National level exposure and with minimum one year experience in same category. (For ESM Matric or 15 yrs of service).
Dorm Attendant (Multi Tasking)
Matric or Ten years service for Ex-Servicemen. Civilians below the age of 40 yrs can also apply.
APS Beas Jobs 2023 Age Limit
Minimum Age Limit is 18 Years.
Maximum age limit for Fresh candidates is 40 Years.
Maximum age limit for experienced candidates is 57 Years.
Army Public School Beas Selection Process
For PGT, TGT, Fencing Coach, Shooting Coach, Band Instructor, Instrumental Music Teacher and Theatre Teacher – Computer Test, Test of Writing Skills (for English, Hindi and Punjabi only) followed by Interview and Evaluation of Teaching Skills. Hands on Experience (as applicable).
For Part Time Coaches – Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Yoga & Wushu (Chinese Martial Arts) and Dorm Attendant (Multi Tasking) – Interview and hands on Experience (as applicable).
