Eligibility Criteria For HPCL Recruitment:

Educational Qualification For HPCL Vacancy 2019:

The Candidates should have passed B.E/ B.Tech from recognized university. Candidates having MBA degree in addition to essential qualification will be preferred.

Experience:

Head Sales (Grade G/H) – Minimum 20 years, out of which minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in sales & marketing of Poly Ethylene/ Polypropylene for a
Polymer Manufacturing Company (in India or abroad), with production capacity of more than 300 KT PA as on 31st March 2019.
Head Technical Services (Grade E) – Minimum 15 years out of which minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in Technical Services in marketing of Poly Ethylene/ Polypropylene for a Polymer Manufacturing Company (in India or abroad) with production
capacity of more than 300 KT PA as on 31st March 2019.
Assistant Manager/ Manager – Sales (Grade B/C) – Minimum 7 years (Preferably in Plastic Industry) out of which Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in sales & marketing of Poly Ethylene/Polypropylene for a Polymer Manufacturing Company (in India or abroad) with production capacity of more than 300 KT PA as on 31st March 2019.
