PSSSB Junior Engineer 2025 Eligibility Criteria

PSSSB JE Education Qualification

PSSSB Junior Engineer Civil Qualification

To be eligible for the PSSSB JE Civil posts, candidates should have passed Degree in Civil Engineering OR 3 Year Diploma in Civil Engineering.

PSSSB Junior Engineer Mechanical Qualification

To be eligible for the PSSSB JE Mechanical posts, candidates should have passed Degree in Mechanical Engineering OR 3 Year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

PSSSB Junior Engineer Electrical Qualification

To be eligible for the PSSSB JE Electrical posts, candidates should have passed Degree in Electrical Engineering OR 3 Year Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Age Limit (As on 01-01-2025)

The age limit for PSSSB Junior Engineer is 18 years to 37 years. For SC/BC Category candidates maximum age limit is 42 years.

• Minimum Age Limit : 18 Years
• Maximum Age Limit : 37 Years
• The upper age limit is relaxed up to 42 years for Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes of Punjab.
• The upper age limit is also relaxed up to 42 years for widows, divorcees, and certain other categories of women.
• The upper age limit is also relaxed up to 47 years for “Persons with Disability” of Punjab.
• The upper age limit may be relaxed up to 45 years for Punjab Government employees, its Boards/Corporations/Commissions and Authorities employees, and all States/ Central Government employees.
• Reservation Only for Punjab State Candidates.

PSSSB JE 2025 Application Fees

• General Category Candidates: Rs. 1500/-
• SC/BC Category Candidates: Rs. 750/-
• ESM/LDESM/EWS/PWD Category Candidates: Rs. 500/-
