RCF Kapurthala Apprentice 2023 Education Qualification

The Candidates must have passed the 10th class examination or its equivalent (under the 10+2 examination system) with a minimum of 50% marks, in the aggregate, from a recognized Board and also possess National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training.

Application Fees

Application fees (Non-refundable) Rs.100/- is to be paid through ONLINE MODE, and RCF/Kapurthala will not accept application fees in Cash/Cheque/Money order/I PO/Demand Draft, etc. Candidates are to note that RCF/Kapurthala is not responsible for incomplete or pending online application fee transactions for whatsoever reason. No fee is required to be paid by SC/ST/PWD/Women Candidates.

Note: The candidate whose form is filled/completed successfully will have to pay the fee after 02 days (Two working days) through the link already provided in the form.

RCF Kapurthala Apprenticeship Selection Process 2023

• Selection will be based on the merit list prepared for all candidates who apply against the notification. The merit list will be prepared based on the percentage of marks in matriculation (with a minimum of 50% of aggregate marks) + ITI marks in the trade in which apprenticeship is to be done. The panel will be based on the simple average of marks in the matriculation and ITI.
• In case two candidates have the same marks, the candidates with older age shall be preferred. In case the dates of birth are also the same, then the candidate who passed the matriculation exam earlier shall be considered first.
• A final merit list will be prepared trade wise and community wise, equal to the number of slots in the descending order of the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate.
• Candidates finally enlisted would be subject to verification of original testimonials and being found fit in appropriate medical examination. The medical certificate should be signed by Government authorized Doctors (Gaz.) not below the rank of Asstt. Surgeon of Central/State Hospital.

• Click on Rail Coach Factory.
• Create New Registration ID.
• Fill the application form.
• Attach The Required Documents.
• Pay the application fees after 2 Days.
• NOTE: Candidates have to keep the printout of their application. If found eligible, they will be called for Document Verification, and the printout of the Online application must be produced at the time of Document Verification.
