Eligibility Criteria for RRB Technician 2025

Educational Qualification
Technician Grade I Signal
The candidates must hold a B.Sc. in Physics/Electronics/Computer Science/IT/Instrumentation OR a Degree/Diploma in Engineering. OR B.Sc. in a combination of any sub-stream of basic streams of Physics/Electronics/Computer Science/Information Technology/Instrumentation from a recognised University/Institute OR Three years Diploma in Engineering in the above basic streams or in combination of any of the above basic streams (OR) Degree in Engineering in the above basic streams or in combination of any of the above basic streams”
Technician Grade III
10th and ITI in relevant field.
Age Limit
- Technician Grade I Signal – 18 to 33 years.
- Technician Grade III – 18 to 30 years.
