Qualification:
- Ph. D. Degree.
- Professor/ Associate Professor with a total service/ experience of at least fifteen years of teaching/ research in Universities, Colleges and Other institutions of higher education.
- A minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC- listed journals.
- A minimum of 110 Research Score.
- Should have passed Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard.
PPSC Principal Recruitment 2023 Selection Process
The procedure for selection of candidates for the post of principal (college cadre) (Group-A) in the Department of Higher Education, Government of Punjab, contains a written competitive examination of 120 questions (4 marks for each question) and a 60-mark interview.

- Each question carries 4 marks and, for each correct answer candidate will get 4 marks.
- There will be Negative Marking (One Mark for each question).
- The exam will be of two 02 hours duration.
